Family Member not receiving invitation e-mail
I recently signed up for a Family Account and have sent multiple invites to my wife. She has not received any e-mail for to accept the invitation (in her inbox or spam folder).
Should she be joining in our Family in a different way?

To better help with that could you email support@1password.com? Share with us the email address that you sent the invitation to and we can look on our end to see if anything went wrong. I wouldn't want you sharing that email address on a public forum.
