After 4 emails to agile bits I have not had a response from agile bits. At present I don't have a working version of 1Password! Does anyone have a company telephone number? Thanks

    They don't provide phone help. They are good with advice on the forums (and email) usually, but are currently swamped, and you might have to wait several days.

    If you describe the issue here, some of the experienced users may be able to help.

    As you haven't said what's wrong, I'll just let you know what to do to downgrade from 1PW7 to 1PW6, as this is what several people have needed.

    Trash 1PW 7 (DO NOT use an app cleaner, as that can destroy data), empty the trash. You should have a zipped version of 1PW6, and just unzip it and you are back.
