We use together a Windows-PC (just one account) and have both an own IPhone/IPad.

Hey @Bruno_4402,
A 1Password Families account would be the best option. With this account, both you and your wife would get your own Personal vault, and you'd also have a Shared vault to put everything that you both need access to.
The only note here is that on your Windows PC, only a single account can be added to the 1Password for Windows app. This means that if you both use this computer, you'll need to have separate user accounts in order to access your own set of passwords.
