file export doesn't produce any output

in Mac

I have data in a stand alone 1password with one email address that i want to move to a new 1password monthly account i just created with a different email using export. The export command 4. no files. I go through all the menu items except no file output .

    Hi @tompanderson! You can export your data by switching to a vault you want to export it from, then clicking File > Export in the menu bar beside the  icon. Does that work when you try it? Make sure to switch to a vault first.
