attempting to sign at 1password.com....

I have entered my secret key (confirmed via email as beginning with A3-53NWL8) and my email address. I have attempted to use the master password that I use on my mobile device, which is the only masterpassword I have ever used.....unsuccessfully

I am able to sign is on my mobile device using both the Master password and my thumbprint. But I am unable to sign in to my account on the mobile device as well when required to supply email, secret key and password.
