cannot locate chrome extension

I am using 1Password 6.8.9 and am trying to locate 1Password Chrome extension - it recently disappeared and I cannot launch from Chrome. When I search the extensions for 1Password in Chrome, the search cannot find it - I get "no search results found". Need assistance in locating and adding the extension. Thanks in advance.
