Can't upgrade to family [Solved]

EDIT - ignore - it worked but I didn't do anything different
Good evening
I have an individual account, I go to billing, click upgrade to family, enter a name that is available, and click upgrade account, the button turns grey and nothing ever happens. Cannot upgrade.
Please help.
