I cannot transfer my data from version 3.6.2 to version 7.0

1Password 3 was retired a number of years ago, and there have been significant changes to how 1Password works since. As such unfortunately there isn’t a simple process to migrate from v3 to v7. We do have a guide which may be helpful available here:
