My apologies if this has been asked before.

I have been using 1Password for several years. I originally bought a license. Today I started a membership and thought that it would ask me to sync my original account but I did not see that option. How can I "merge" my original account with my new membership account? Or is it not necessary to have a membership account?

    Hey @charisma09 when you sign into the 1Password app with your new 1Password membership, it should have prompted you to move over your existing data. If that didn't happen, then you'll need to move your data manually. We have a Step by Step guide for both the automatic and manual process here:
