Local vault on iPhone

Hi,

I've a family account with my wife. The owner is me and I'm allowed to create a local vault on my iPhone. My wife needs a local vault too, because she is not allowed to save login information for her business in the cloud. But on her iPhone is no possibility to create a local vault, there is only a option to create a demo vault or create a vault in another cloud service.
What do I wrong?

    You should be able to create a dropbox vault and before adding anything to it, change its sync to be disabled. Then delete the vault from dropbox.

    @tbat44: under Settings > Vaults, there should be a "Enable Standalone Vaults" button which would guide you to creating the standalone vault. Is that an option for her on her device?
