My Master Password stopped working after 5 years of use!
Hey,
I've been using 1password for almost 10 years and haven't changed my master password in around 5 years. I've always trusted this software so I never worried about my password being at risk.
But that changed today.
I'm 100% sure I know my password, but it stopped working, since today.
I'm still logged in in my iOS app. But I'm not able to retrieve the masterpass anyway.. I've accumulate over 2000 passwords on my account and now I'm unable to access them.
Is there a way to get the password back when I'm still logged in the iOS app?
Can anybody help me? I'm seriously freaking out here.
EDIT: My phone, for some reasons, syncs some older version of the DB, therefore I can't access some of my important accounts and seems like I will have to fly over the half of the world to get a new password. Yeah I'm talking about banking details.
EDIT2: I've sent the diagnostics email to the support email. When can I expect a reply?
