1password does not recognize the fields in my bank site (yahav.co.il). How can I update it? Thanks.

My bank site is yahav.co.il.
The right side has three fields in the following order:

  • username
  • user-id
  • password.

However, 1password fails to fill in the info in any of them. How can I update the login to the right settings? Thanks.

    An update: saving a new log in helped me with user-id and password. However, I still cannot get the username to work. (the username gets filled into the user-id).

    Hi @badolina,

    I've helped somebody else recently with this site so you should find the following helps.

    1. Save this 1PIF (1Password Interchange Format) file to your Desktop.
    2. Drag the 1PIF file to the 1Password icon in your macOS dock.
    3. Click the View Imported Items button.
    4. Edit the new Login item and click the show web form details button (titled Show Saved Form Details in 1Password 7 for Mac).
    5. Replace the placeholder text for each of the three fields with your real details.
    6. Save.

    Do you find that correctly fills all three fields?

    Greetings @badolina,

    :lol: I had to go back and check what I'd put. That is indeed my goto test password and how 1Password hates it. I have a test vault full of items that 1Password calls terrible through the constant use of the password peekaboo :lol:
