I double-enrolled in both annual and monthly subscriptions- how do I delete the monthly?

The enrollment fr the $3.99 monthly subscription didn't show up when I looked at the site and it showed my free trial would be ending. So i enrolled in the yearly subscription for $39.99. I have not had any emails confirming anything.
I have a secret key but do not have a master password so I cannot do ANYTHING.
