1password app gets fronzen when I open it

I deleted the app an downloaded again, I even restarted my mac, the app keeps getting frozen, please help.

OS Version: 10.13.5
Sync Type: Cloud

    Welcome to the forum, @jsisco! I'm sorry for the difficulties you're having now. Unfortunately, without a little more explanation, it'll be difficult to say what might be going wrong with your specific setup. Were you previously using 1Password 6 for Mac (or earlier)? Did you upgrade to 1Password 7 for Mac -- or is this a "fresh" install and you're a new user? You listed your sync type as "cloud" -- does that mean you have a 1password.com account, or does it mean Dropbox or iCloud? When you ay "the app keeps getting frozen," do you mean when you launch it? When you try to use it? What specific steps are you taking, and what's not happening the way you think it should? Thanks in advance for the clarification.
