on the web version, i am not able to move a login to a different vault

when i hover or right click on the item, "share" is not an option, as is suggested when using the app

Hey @ifcdirect! On 1Password.com, you can move an item by clicking the box icon with the arrow pointing up. That's the share button.

Move items between vaults

Welcome to the forum, @ifcdirect! If you're referring to using your 1password.com account in a browser, then make sure you're clicking the familiar "share" icon, underneath the item name:
