The person who started to help has not continued to help for several days

Because the person who was supposed to help does not respond I had to delete 1Password 6 due to conflict with iCloud. I spent hours today with Apple Support and they are having to get engineers to see what the conflict with 1Password is. If someone would PLEASE contact me perhaps this could be solved.
