[bug] Choosing One-Time Password does not stick/offer QR scanner

Edit an existing entry for a service where OTP is not enabled, and Watchtower is saying "Hey, you could 2FA this".

Start with a new blank Text field.

Click the T, choose One Time Password and watch it go green. Note that there's no QR icon, and the blue highlight is gone.

Click the green icon again, and note that the dropdown has the first option selected, not the OTP option. Click the OTP option again.

Now the QR code scanner is present. Blue highlight is back.

Expectation:
The first selection of OTP would cause the QR code scanner to appear, and the dropdown to say OTP is selected.

    @bajandude - thanks for reporting! We're actually already aware of this one and are working on a fix for it. Until then, it sounds as if you've already figured out a workaround, so until we've got a code-based solution, thanks for your patience - and your participation! :)
