I upgraded to 1Password7 and many of my passwords disappeared. How can I recover them?

I bought a new Macbook Pro recently, on which I installed 1Password7. I have used 1Password6 previously on my old Macbook, and I synced the vault with Dropbox before connecting it to 1Password7 on the new computer. In the process, the vault was converted from agilekeychain format to opvault format.

The problem is that out my 298 items i 1Password6, only 123 appear in 1Password7. The others are gone. How can I retrieve them? I've sent an email to your support and waited four days without response.
