Coupon code missing from promo website for Apple Employees

I'm trying to create an account through this page [link removed], however the "Sign up now" button does nothing. Upon inspection, there is a coupon code needed which is apparently missing, as the DOM element with id "coupon-code" cannot be found and thus a null error is reached.

Is there another way for me to create my account?
