Unable to add new iphone to existing account . I have an iPad where everything is working .how can I sync 1Password on the 2 devices?

As you already have 1Password set up on your iPad that’ll likely be the most convenient place to get your Setup Code:

Find your Secret Key or Setup Code | 1Password
