How to purchase Family subscription via Mac App Store?

Hi, I only see $3.99 monthly or $35.99 yearly options with 1Password downloaded via the Mac App Store. How do I subscribe to the Family plan via the app that I downloaded via the Mac App Store?

If I download the app via the Mac App Store, can I subscribe to the Family Plan with that version of the app or do I need to ONLY use the version downloaded from your website?

    @chazzzzy: While you cannot subscribe to 1Password Families through Apple's in-app subscription option (it's convenient, but not particularly flexible), you can subscribe directly through 1Password.com and use the Mac App Store version of 1Password: just sign into your account there and you'll be good to go.
