I have 2FA enabled on almost all the apps that Watchtower is warning me about.

facebook, Amazon, goDaddy and Snapchat keep listing as "inactive 2FA", yet I use Authy for them. What's up with that?

    While I don't know why that is happening in those cases you can disable the Watchtower warning for any login by editing the login and adding to it a 2FA tag.

    1PW can't recognise Authy. You would need to use 2FA within 1PW for it to know that 2FA is active. Stephen_C has provided the answer with regard to turning off the warnings.
