iOS acting wierd
I've got an item that is not a favorite and on the mac does not appear on the favorites list. On the iPad, it shows in the favorites list. If I edit the item and toggle the favorites star on and off the item merely flips from the top lof the list to the bottom and back again but it never disappears from the list.
This is distinctly weird.
All versions of everything are latest published.

Hey @DoctorDan. Perhaps you're referring to Recently Used Items? By default, your three most recently used items will appear at the top of the Favorites list in 1Password for iOS.
