Unable to access promo

I'm unable to access the promo at [removed]. The Sign up now button doesn't work. A sharp-eyed colleague noticed that there's an error when submitting:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of null
    at submit (promo-template.js:10)
    at HTMLAnchorElement.<anonymous> 

Is there another way we can access 1Password?
