Request: Fix Secure Booker Login Page

If you use any website that is powered by secure-booker.com, if you are taken to the login page:

You can't actually use 1Password completely. That is because when you choose to populate the values in (user name and password), it puts the user name on the right side (which is correct), but the password in the "Create Password" field on the left side (which is incorrect - that is where it would appear for a new registration). Not sure how many other websites have a similar issues, but I have definitely noticed this one.

    Hi @jeffsumm,

    We'll hopefully get this fixed and working. It's one we're aware of and so at least I can say we do know we need to improve here.
