Open-&-fill sometimes reloads the webpage instead of submitting the form

Pressing enter after using 1pwd open-&-fill sometimes reloads the webpage instead of submitting the form.

To reproduce:

Make sure "Submit Logins" is unchecked in 1pwd mini's settings dropdown
Open a new browser tab (any browser, this issue is the same in Safari/Chrome/Firefox)
Bring up 1pwd mini, select a website and hit enter
Let the website load. 1Password will fill in the login details
At this point I expect the login form to have focus so that I can press enter to submit the login form. Instead, Safari's location bar has focus, so pressing enter reloads the page instead of submitting the login form.
