employee left the company- uses personal 1pass

I'm not sure if this is the correct discussion board, but I have an employee who uses 1pass. We did not put the user on a team, but only created a personal account for the user.

Is there anyway to delete the 1pass assigned to the user's email address? Probably a silly question, but I was asked by the replacement to ask anyway.

    Hi @wyumez,

    If they created it with an email address owned/controlled by the company then it would certainly be possible. I'd recommend that you let them know that you'll be doing that to give them the opportunity to get their personal data out of it before it gets yanked away from them. But once you've done that, you can email in to [email protected] from that email address and we can help you terminate and delete the account.

    If the account was not under a company owned/controlled email address, then there really isn't much that we can do to help.
