I bought a membership in 1Password. I did not receive a secret key nor do I remember password.
Hey, so now when I try to upgrade I can't login.
I've tried to clear the vault and try again, but that doesn't delete anything on my 1password.com account.
Do I need to signup with a different email or can you force delete my account so I can start over?
