When I try to sign in to my account on my iPad and iPhone from the app I have to delete the last character of my master password and then reinstate it before the sign in button becomes active. Not a big problem just wondered why.

@Furzul: It sounds like you're trying to use 1Password to fill your account credentials on the 1Password.com website on iOS. Is that correct? We're aware of the issue and are trying to find a workaround. However, you'll get the best experience using the native 1Password iOS app. Is there a specific reason you're trying to use the website on iOS?

This happens when I am using the 1Password app on my iPhone and iPad. If I use Safari it works fine.

  • Hi @Furzul

I apologize but I'm still not entirely sure we're on the same page. Can you please clarify: are you attempting to sign in to the 1Password.com website from within 1Password? If so that isn't the way to add your 1Password account to your iOS app. You can do that following these instructions:

    Get the 1Password apps

Please let us know. If we're still not getting it perhaps you could elaborate on what it is you're trying to accomplish and what steps you are currently taking?

    Thank you.

    Ben

I have an 1password account. I have the 1password app on my iPhone and iPad. I click the URL in the login category in the app and it happens. If I open Safari and use the 1password extension to fill in the password and it works fine.

  • Okay. Well, typically we would recommend using Safari to fill login items. Most folks find this to be the most convenient way to use 1Password.

Use the 1Password extension to fill in Safari and apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

That said we appreciate the report about 1Browser (the browser in 1Password) and will do some testing to see if we can reproduce the issue.

    Thanks!

    Ben
