@phil234: Yep. You can get it from your App Store purchase history if you have it in your Apple ID:

@jrharris2: If you purchased 1Password 6 already and are running iOS 9 or 10, selecting 1Password 7 to install from your purchase history will tell you it is not compatible and offer you the latest compatible version to install: 6.9.1.

So, 1password 6 is not compatible with iOS 12? I just got a new phone—that's why I'm dealing with this headache.
