Credit card billing issue

My subscription payment failed, so I'm guessing I incorrectly typed my credit card info the first time. I've since deleted that card (though I couldn't see the details to know for sure if I typed it wrong), and carefully re-entered my card info, since the notification said the payment would be attempted again in a couple of days. It failed again. I've used this card before and after this second attempt, so I know there's nothing wrong with the card. Please advise.

    Hi, It turns out the issuer was putting a block on the charge because it was coming from outside the US. I will make sure to call and have the block lifted next year for my renewal. Thank you for your help!
