Can't login, missing the original 1password

I am trying to login to get my license, because for some reason my account is frozen, not sure why as I I had another login issue in May and I upgraded... Regardless I am trying to get my license key but the website is asking for a secret key, errr.... no idea. So I look at the support sites, all instructions say you need it but not what to do when you dont have it. So here I am, help!

I sent an email to support@ and got this back For your reference, your support ID is [#XVR-84474-479]. Please include this ID in the subject of any followup emails so I can keep things organized for my carbon-based teammates.

I really miss the stand alone version, so much simpler and easy to use.
