Home-Fix non secure site
I have this issue with Home Fix when I attempt to log in. If I go where I normally would, https://home-fix.com/account/login, nothing happens but another part of the site is non secure.
Very odd. I was directed here (http site) by Customer Support. In their old system, I had to provided number/ID and email. The new login site does not see my particulars.

Greetings @wkleem,
I'm not sure I'm following I'm afraid, can you elaborate a little for me please. As you kindly supplied the URL I have created a test account and based on the first URL I can successfully log in either with ⌘\ or open-and-fill. Everything seems routine about the page so I'm hoping a bit more detail will help me understand how it isn't working for you.

Hi
I have been a member predating the changes (member.home-fix.com). Then Home-Fix upgrades the the site and I now locked out of the upgraded site but I can still access the original site (http).
I would not want to suggest (non secure) but see if applying at the old login site works with the new login?

Hi @wkleem,
I can't locate a member ID and I didn't supply a telephone number at any point so I can't use the old form. I'm not sure 1Password is the issue here, it sounds like you need the site to help you migrate your account or whatever they intend to do to support previous customers. If I'm misunderstanding please do correct me.

@littlebobbytables, I doubt if you are misunderstanding anything. I will need to take it up with Home-Fix. Thanks.

Good luck! 🤞

I had an email from them. They have phased out the membership I am currently enrolled in. All unused points will expire if not redeemed soon. Case closed.

Hopefully you don't have too many unused points or you have something in mind that they can go towards
