    I’m trying to delete my account, I also cancel my free trial but was still charged, I no longer use the site and would like a refund of my money. Answer me

    I want to delete my account, I had the free trial but decided I didn’t like 1Password so I cancel it on apple iTunes subscription, later to find I was charged and I don’t t even use the program. Please give me a refund

    @angryperson: I'm sorry to hear that. We can't refund you through the App Store, as that's owned and operated by Apple. You'll need to contact them for help with that, and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID if you do not want to be charged further:

    If you started your subscription using an in-app purchase on your Apple device

    However, if there's anything we can do to help you with 1Password instead, we'll be happy to do so. Just let us know what you were having trouble with let us know so we can assist.

    I just called and it wasn’t from an in app purchase it was from your website when I was making a profile to try it out and had to put my billing information to even use the app. Now I want an refund because I don’t even use the app
