Master password not accepted on new install

Hi, I have successfully used 1Password for many years and use it all the time on my MacBook and iPhone. I am now trying to install it onto my iMac. I am unable to login to 1Password.com to setup my 1Password installation. The master password which I use every day on my other devices isn't accepted. 1Password does find my iCloud vault but that's in read only mode. Am I missing something obvious?

    Hi there @adamantski

    1Password won't just stop accepting a valid Master Password for no good reason so something is going on here. The trick is to find out what. The information needed to find that out, though, cannot be posted on a public forum like this. So here's what I want you to do. Send an email to support@1password.com with your issue. You will get a response from BitBot with your Support ID. Come back here and tell us that ID so we can connect the dots.
