I lost my phone due to water damage and unable to retrieve the secret key. What can I do?
Hello, all of my passwords are stored in the 1Password app but I lost my phone to water damage a few weeks ago. I tried logging in online and it is asking for a secret key, which I do not have. I know the master password but not the secret key. Please help!! I emailed support a few weeks ago but never heard back. Thank you. Anna

@annayan3091: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that. It sounds like you may be trying to login with a 1Password Account, but you will only have one if you've signed up for a 1Password.com membership. That’s the only way you’ll have a Secret Key or Sign In URL, or be able to access your data through 1Password.com. Instead, you can use 1Password without an account and sync your data from another device or create a new vault. If you were already using 1Password, where do you have your 1Password data currently?
