The account is on my iMAC and iPad, but not on the iPhone

    Hello @dehawk

    Can you elaborate a little bit more? When 1Password refers to an "account" it means people who use our 1Password membership service. If, as you say, you are using iCloud syncing, you don't actually have an "account". So can you elaborate on the situation with your phone? How far have you gotten in the process of setting up 1Password? What have you tried? Where are you getting stuck? The more information you can give us, the better.
