Lost secret key, don't have access to authorized devices - can I reset my online account?
I don't mind losing the data since all of my passwords are stored locally.
It's just that I'm trying to transition to a membership online account and I can't access the account and I can't open a new one since my email is already associated with the account, so stuck in this limbo...

@omergr: Thanks for reaching out. If you're sure that you're unable to access your account anywhere, you would need to delete it and start over. Just be sure that any data you do have access to is in a local vault (likely called "Primary") on your device, as anything part of the account will be removed when you delete it. Since I see that you've also emailed us separately, I'll follow up there to help walk you through things.
