User sharing individual passwords

Hi,

We are using 1password Business and I have a user (Whom should not be an admin) that would like to share different passwords to different people. What would be the best practice for this? Should we give this user admin access? Can we utilize the guest mode and share individual items in the vault?

    @Hulk_Hogan: They should be able to create vaults and share them with others, and In 1Password Business you can also use custom groups to grant additional permissions if needed:

    Manage group permissions
