Locked out of website, various things work in 6 and 7.

I'm turning to here because I have not heard from you in three days.

I upgraded to 1Password 7 from 1Password 6. Somewhere along the way, something suggested changing my master password, so I did.

Now I am locked out of my family account, my wife also can't get into her account.

1Password 7 worked with my fingerprint for a while, but it's locked out now too.

1Password 6, and 1Password on my iPhone are still letting me log in, but complain about not being able to log into my account.

For the moment, I still have access to my passwords. Please tell me you have a way to reset my account and let me upload my passwords again.

I'm very concerned that I will lose access completely.
