@mauro1983: It's hard to say what the solution might be without knowing what "something goes wrong" and is "not working", but if you'll send us an email at support@1password.com from your account's registered email address with the details and post the Support ID you receive here, we'll be happy to look into it. :)

you right. My description is quite general :).
I can't login due I don't receive my emergency kit (due to connection issue I mean) so I don't know my Secret Key.I wrote an email to the support. I hope to recover my brand new account.
