Launching the macOS version of 1Password 7 no longer causes it to show up in macOS Recent Items

Launching the macOS version of 1Password 7 no longer causes it to show up in the macOS Recent Items.

Go to Apple menu->Recent Items->Clear Menu
Launch 1Password 7
Quite 1 Password
Check the Recent Items (Apple menu->Recent Items), and you'll see that 1Password is NOT listed, as if it was never launched. How do I fix this?

Extension Version: 4.7.1
OS Version: macOS 10.13.6
Sync Type: iCloud

    Weirdly, after 3 restarts, it is now working. Sigh.
