Firefox extension not working

Since this morning, my Firefox extension has not worked. I keep getting an error the "1Password refused connection from untrusted source, check logs for details"
The icon appears in Firefox but I am unable to click on it.

1Password Version: 7.1.567
Extension Version: 4.7.2.90
OS Version: Windows 10
Sync Type: account

    @pbell150: That's a bit scary, as it indicates that Firefox is either not genuine, or something is tampering with it. Which version do you have installed, and do you have "security" software which may be interfering? That's unfortunately not uncommon.
