Confused with vaults: primary vs. personal

I updated to v7 family membership and I don't want to use Dropbox anymore (I used to use it to sync v6). I understand v7 syncs across devices without needing Dropbox or iCloud. Is that right? I moved all my items from Primary vault (dropbox) to personal vault (family). Am I safe to remove the primary vault?

    @goldfilm: Sorry for the confusion! Indeed, if all of your data is in the Personal vault (that's in your 1Password.com account), you can safely remove the (local, non-account) Primary vault. Just disable the local vault option in Preferences > Advanced and you should be all set. Cheers! :)
