I have a 1 year iTunes abo, but my 1password account is now frozen? How to solve this now?

@mdier: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! it sounds like you may have signed up for multiple 1Password.com memberships and paid for the wrong one, or that you just didn't apply the iTunes subscription to your account.
