My MacBook Pro stores 208 Logins but my iPhone only store 106?

With those numbers I would guess that the vaults shown in All Vaults are different on the two devices.
For instance, if you had a Primary and a Personal vault showing in the MacBook, and had copied (rather than moving) from Primary to Personal and only the Personal vault in the iPhone.
Have a look in the Show in All Vaults item of the Vaults preference.
Are any passwords actually missing?

Hello @amy_jo, I had a look at the reports you’ve sent into us via email and sent you a reply which I believe will help to sort things out. It looks like iCloud sync has fallen behind on your iPhone and things just need to be refreshed there via a quick reset of your iCloud sync settings, but I’ve gone into more detail in my email follow-up to you as it goes into specifics about your devices. :)
