Sent a family member a link and now they have a private folder I don't have access to

Hi there I sent a login to my child and somehow she logged in and started creating all their files under a private folder. This folder does not allow my access even though I am the primary account. I can see the logins folder but only when she is logged (web) in does the private folder show. We are not able to share this folder to anyone else either? I cannot seem to find the folder from my primary account.

    Hi @Jachgu,

    That is correct: it isn’t possible for anyone to access anyone else’s Private vault. If you’d like to share items with someone they will need to be saved in a shared vault.
