1 Password on my Mac all items are 455, my wife's Mac 417, my iPhone 163, wife's iPhone 455

My Mac and wife's iPhone are identical items. What do I need to do so that the other two items will have will also have 455. Making all devices mirror identicals.

My wife is not at home so I do not know how man all items are listed on her iPhone. I know there is a good explanation, I just do not know how to resolve the problem. I thought all four devices were suppose to be identical duplicates. Can you please help me, as I was away earlier today and did not have an item in my iPhone that I needed.

@trwaters: You'd have to sync them all with the same vault. Are you syncing currently? You didn't include that information in your post. Let me know and we'l go from there.
