Cannot import from Dashlane

I have followed 1Password's instructions for importing from Dashlane, but it always just shows me an import log with the following error:

Beginning Import
Collecting items to import
Could not read items from file. Check import format.
Done

I have verified this is an unsecured CSV export from Dashlane. I can see the passwords when I open the CSV in an editor. The format looks right to me. It doesn't have a header row, not sure if that's the problem but that's just how it comes out of Dashlane.

BTW, I'm on v7.1 beta, but I also had the same problem with v6.

    @callum1111: Just to clarify, are you not using the 1Password.com web interface to import? That's what's suggested in the guide, and we've had a lot of success with that. But it sounds like you're trying to do this in the beta Mac app instead. If that's the case, you may find @MrC ’s converter to be helpful, since that may be able to get your data into 1Password's native 1PIF format. Let me know.
