iPw7: Main App & Browser not unlocking each other

I've just upgraded my 1Password to V7. However, if I unlock my vault in the app, the browser add-on (Firefox, Chrome, etc) doesn't unlock and vice-versa. I have rebooted my Mac since upgrading to V7.

    @gopher: Hmm. That's odd. Do you maybe not have 1Password set to keep the helper running (Preferences > Browsers), or have multiple copies of 1Password on your Mac? How about Safari?

    Yes, the helper is set to stay running, and clicking the icon in the menu gives me the new V7 little helper.

    There is still V6.8.8 in Applications.

    @gopher,

    You'll definitely want to either zip up 6.8.8 and/or drag that to the trash. Its presence will generally interfere with the operation of the browser extension.

    You're also going to want to make sure that 1Password and the Browser are in your system level /Applications folder.

    Moved the V6 version out of /Applications, rebooted, and all is good now.
